Chia Pudding

Packed with protein, omega-3 and fibre, this snack will not only curb your cravings but is a super easy way to sneak extra nutrition into your day!

Enjoy as a between-meal snack or prepare the night before for a quick and easy breakfast option!


  • 2Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1tsp vanilla essence


  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl or jar. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.

  2. Cover the jar and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  3. Serve cold with fresh seasonal or frozen fruit!
