Ingredients
1 tin chickpeas
1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method
Heat oven to 200C fan bake
Line baking tray with baking paper
Drain liquid from tinned chickpeas and sprinkle chickpeas on lined baking paper
Drizzle olive oil evenly over chickpeas and season with salt and pepper
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until golden and crunchy
TOP TIP: Add 1tsp herbs/spices (smoked paprika or oregano work well) at step 4 to boost flavour! |
