Crunchy Chickpeas

Looking for a healthy alternative to your usual potato chip snack? These crunchy balls of deliciousness are a great swap! Made from plant-based foods, they are also a nutritious vegetarian/vegan option.

Best served fresh - why not roast them up for your next social gathering!


  • 1 tin chickpeas

  • 1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


  1. Heat oven to 200C fan bake

  2. Line baking tray with baking paper

  3. Drain liquid from tinned chickpeas and sprinkle chickpeas on lined baking paper

  4. Drizzle olive oil evenly over chickpeas and season with salt and pepper

  5. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until golden and crunchy

TOP TIP: Add 1tsp herbs/spices (smoked paprika or oregano work well) at step 4 to boost flavour!
