WARNING: extremely more-ish! These little balls of goodness will leave you wanting more!
Ingredients
2/3 cup high-quality, smooth peanut butter
1 cup oats
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup almond meal
1/3 cup good-quality, dark chocolate chips
1 Tbsp runny honey
Method
Add ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up. This will make them easier to roll into balls.
Roll into 12 balls and store in the fridge for up to a week.
