This salsa will take your Mexican dish to a new level! Pair with our homemade steak tortillas and tzatziki.
250g cherry tomatoes, diced
1 capsicum, diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1 handful coriander (30g), finely diced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper, to season
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving
