Tomato Salsa

This salsa will take your Mexican dish to a new level! Pair with our homemade steak tortillas and tzatziki.


  • 250g cherry tomatoes, diced

  • 1 capsicum, diced

  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced

  • 1 handful coriander (30g), finely diced

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • Salt and pepper, to season


  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving

  3. Serve
