A fresh dip that can be pulled together in minutes! Served best with our steak tortillas, with crackers or vege sticks.


  • 1 cup greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 cucumber, deseeded and diced into small pieces

  • 1 handful (20g) fresh mint, finely diced

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving

  3. Serve
