A fresh dip that can be pulled together in minutes! Served best with our steak tortillas, with crackers or vege sticks.
1 cup greek yoghurt
1/2 cucumber, deseeded and diced into small pieces
1 handful (20g) fresh mint, finely diced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving
